Regina's yoga therapy classes are open to individuals of any physical ability and are all conducted as private lessons in a face-to-face setting out of the comfort of your home.
Personally tailored therapeutic sessions are low-impact, yet have been proven to be highly effective. The classes are suitable whether you suffer from chronic pain, wish to soothe stress and anxiety, or aim to improve your strength and flexibility.
After an initial assessment Regina will custom design a class to suit your personal needs and your desired outcomes.
Depending on each individual's physical ability, sessions are either held in a chair or on the mat. Portions of the class may be standing up or in a reclined position, either the floor or a bed (if suitable). Regina often incorporates music and sound into her classes to promote free body movement.
Regina believes in a holistic approach to sutain our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. She leads you through her classes with detailed instruction, so you gain better body and breath awareness, increase your strength, improve your range of movement as well as experiencing the calming effects of a well-rounded yoga practice.
No experience is required. Regina is passionate to create an authentic, open-hearted, joyful and nurturing environment. She hopes you embrace this class with a loving and curious attitude and is looking forward to your attendance.
These are private classes held at the comfort of your home. All equipment (apart from yoga chairs) are provided.
