About Regina

Growing up surrounded by an idyllic countryside in Switzerland, Regina decided from an early age that she was going to live a life beyond the traditional confines of her culture.

To suit her growing desire for world travel and adventure, she chose to become a Travel Consultant and soon after graduation embraced a vagabonding lifestyle. Over the years she has travelled to remote and exotic locations on six continents and has connected with people from many cultures.

In her early thirties, Regina immigrated to Australia. Desiring a professional change and driven by her wish to interact with people on a deeper level, Regina gained a qualification as a Yoga Teacher in 2004, by completing a 9-month full-time yoga teacher training with Yoga Arts in Byron Bay. The training is internationally recognised with a 500-hour accreditation by Yoga Alliance. In addition Regina has completed a training in Yoga Therapy and continues to nurture her interest in physical and mental health.

Waterplay

Regina has been deeply committed to her own personal growth from an early age and has never stopped learning and evolving. She continually faced (and still does) her personal challenges with great dedication and perseverance.

By taking courses, attending retreats and events worldwide and reading and listening to material from renowned teachers, Regina has continually applied new principles and a range of tools in her everyday life.

Some of her most formative teachers include Dr. Joe Dispenza and his work on meditation and applied Neuro Science, Buddhist nun Pema Chödrön, the conscious relationship works by Gay and Katie Hendricks and the heartfelt teachings of Michael A. Singer, and many more.

Regina has consolidated her learnings over time and is passionate to share with you her knowledge and insights, so you too can begin to create a more grounded, peaceful and joyful life for yourself.

She wishes to inspire her students to step out of their comfort zone and explore with an open heart what her classes offer.

Regina is excited about sharing this evolving journey with you and is looking forward to connecting with you soon!
